Southern Bluefin Pty Ltd trading as Sushi Train Plympton Station is looking for a skilled Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare sushi and a variety of Japanese cuisine dishes in accordance with our recipes and food safety standards.
Key duties include:
-Preparing sushi and other Japanese dishes to high quality standards-Ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations-Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen-Operating kitchen equipment such as fryers and grills safely and efficiently-Meeting customer dietary requirements and special requests-Collaborating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff-Working flexible hours including nights and weekends as per the rosterApplicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
