As a Cook at Pellegrini’s Italian Orange, you will work alongside our talented chefs to prepare and present high-quality Italian dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining food standards, kitchen hygiene, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking Italian meals to a high standard.
• Assisting with menu planning and seasonal specials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.
• Managing stock rotation and minimising food wastage.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Qualification & experience

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working as a Cook or in a similar role within a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Commitment to high standards of food preparation and presentation.
