Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking Italian meals to a high standard.
• Supporting menu planning, seasonal specials, and daily operations.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitoring stock levels, rotation, and waste control.
• Working effectively in a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualification & experience

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• A passion for Italian cuisine and authentic food culture.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
