Salary: AUD 71,600 to 80,000 per year

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu specifications and quality standards

• Assist the kitchen team during service and ensure timely delivery of dishes

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times

• Monitor ingredient stock and assist with ordering as needed

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Support kitchen operations during busy periods

Selection Criteria:

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a cook in a commercial or hospitality environment

• Sound knowledge of food safety and handling practices

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality output

• A positive, team-driven attitude with strong communication skills
