Eziway Enterprise Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our busy hospitality team on a full-time basis.
Benefits
Salary: $77,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation
Task & responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
- Assisting with menu planning and food preparation
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualification & experience
- Trade qualifications as Cook. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above.
- Minimum one year of experience.
- Good knowledge of Cuisine and spices is required.
- High level of discipline and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent personal hygiene and presentation.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
