Task & responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and creativity

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Follow recipe and guideline to maintain consistent quality and presentation

Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management

Qualification & experience

To be successfully considered, you:

Possess excellent relevant post-secondary qualifications, to at least a hospitality Certificate III/IV level.

Have at least 1 to 2 years professional experience since earning your qualifications.

Are available across the working week including late shifts as may be necessary from time to time.

Offer proven ability to prioritise, set goals and have the determination to achieve them.

Possess a through understanding of food safety OH&S and HACCP.

Understand cost control, time management, prioritisation, and cost-efficient procurement practices.

Well versed in a broad cuisine offer across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beyond.
