COOK

We are currently seeking a full-time Cook for our café located in Peakhurst.

You will must have:

· Checking ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness and quality.

· Monitoring machines, ovens, grills, and other equipment to maintain correct temperatures.

· Preparing and cooking a variety of café meals, snacks, and baked goods.

· Adding seasoning and flavours during food preparation to enhance taste.

· Portioning food, plating dishes, and finishing with sauces, toppings, and garnishes.

· Storing food, drinks, and ingredients safely in temperature-controlled areas.

· Preparing meals and beverages to suit customers dietary needs or preferences.

· Assisting with menu planning and estimating ingredient requirements.

· Supporting the training and development of new café staff and apprentices.

You must have:

AQF Certificate III, including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV and 1 year of relevant work experience or at least 3 years of relevant work experience, may substitute for a formal qualification

In return, you will receive:

- Package: $76,515-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation
