Wild Hop Brewery is seeking a full time Cook who will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring food safety, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering excellent dining experience.

Task & responsibilities

• Preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes in accordance with our menu.
• Monitoring food quality and presentation standards.
• Assisting in menu planning, portion control, and stock rotation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• Complying with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Working cooperatively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a Cook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Cookery/hospitality Qualification required.
