Suzette Events is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our growing team. If you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment and want to be part of an expanding hospitality and catering business, we’d love to hear from you.

Task & responsibilities
- Full-time permanent role
- Flexible roster (Monday to Sunday), coordinated with the rest of the team
- Assist with preparation and cooking of Australian classics and fusion meals
- Work with native ingredients across restaurant and catering menus
- Support catering production and service during restaurant operations
Qualification & experience
- Qualification in commercial cookery (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to prepare a range of dishes, including meats, fish, past and accompaniments
- Understanding of dietaries, allergens and ability to cater for special requirements
- Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Catering or function experience will be highly regarded

This year, Suzette Events is expanding its hospitality and catering services. From our Bowl & Fork Restaurant (serving the bowling club and the public 7 days a week) to our 300-capacity function centre, boxed catering, and full-service external catering for private clients and organisations – our business is diverse and growing fast! To support this expansion, we are looking for an additional Cook to strengthen our kitchen operations.
