The Role & Company

You will be currently working as a CA for a Head Contractor Builder in Australia and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in this role. The business will pay at the upper end of the market scale for the right people who want to progress and learn whilst bringing a base skillset of construction knowledge. The role will be working on a new build education project valued at $35M in Sydney and you will be working with a PM, Senior CA and Cadet as well as site team. Your role will encompass putting together thorough Scopes of Work, procurement, managing variations, NoD's and EoT's as well as working with your Senior CA to put together and present Monthly Cost Reports.

The business are a privately owned Australian Building Company who turnover more than $200M. They compete with the best Builders in their space on commercial new builds to $50M including education, aged care, NSW & Federal Government, industrial & leisure.

Qualifications & Experience

• You will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience working as a CA for a Builder in Australia

• Experience delivering commercial new builds in excess of $10M would be highly advantageous although not essential

• A tertiary qualification in construction is preferred whether that be as a Trade, Diploma or Degree

• A real desire to grow a long term career and work with good people is essential - if it's just about you and money, fair enough but this ones not for you. They want people who enjoy what they do and can make positive contributions to the success of their projects
