Position Overview

The Wales Institute is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the institute’s operational and contractual functions. The role will involve managing contracts with education partners, service providers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.


Task & responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer contracts with education partners, suppliers, training service providers and industry stakeholders.

• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with education sector regulations and organisational policies.

• Develop and review contract variations related to training delivery, services, and operational agreements.

• Manage documentation and records associated with contracts, projects and services undertaken by the institute.

• Liaise with management, education partners, consultants and service providers to ensure contractual objectives are met.

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues relating to contractual arrangements and service agreements.

• Prepare reports, submissions and documentation regarding organisational contracts and operational activities.

• Analyse contract performance data and report outcomes to senior management.

• Identify potential contractual risks and recommend solutions to management.


Qualification & experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or a related field.

•Minimum experience should be 3 years or more.

• Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within the education, training or professional services sector.

• Strong knowledge of contract management processes and compliance requirements.

• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple contracts and coordinate with various stakeholders.
