Why Workinitiatives
About Company
Workinitiatives is an Australian social enterprise on a mission to solve the national skills crisis. We are not trying to disrupt the ecosystem. We are trying to connect it.
Through agnostic technology and a genuinely collaborative approach, we bring together jobs, skills, training, migration pathways, and regional development into a single infrastructure. We are headquartered at the Australian Computer Society offices in Barangaroo, Sydney, proudly Australian owned and operated.
We work with some of Australia's most respected peak bodies including the Australian Computer Society, NECA, Master Plumbers, Ageing Australia, VETASSESS, and the Australian Childcare Alliance, giving each a sector-specific platform to better serve their members and address workforce shortages in their industry.
We have also rolled out community-controlled jobs and skills platforms across every employment region in Australia, giving local communities the tools to attract, retain, and develop talent on their own terms.
Our customer success team is based in Queensland and we do the heavy lifting so our partners can focus on impact.
