Construction Project Manager

ADVANCED CORPORATION PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Project Manager to join its construction team for their projects in Bunbury, Geraldton, Esperance, Broome in Western Australia on a full-time basis. The business operates through building brands including WA Building Solutions and E-Homes WA and undertakes residential and construction-related projects across Western Australia.

This is a genuine full-time position with ongoing work for the right candidate. The salary for the role is $120,000--$140,000 plus superannuation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of the company’s building and renovation projects across regional Western Australia.
• Coordinate project timelines, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activity to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate with clients, site supervisors, and trades to ensure work is delivered to the required standard.
• Review project scope, drawings, quotations, and construction requirements before work begins.
• Monitor progress on site and resolve delays, variations, and other project issues as they arise.
• Ensure materials, labour, and equipment are organised efficiently for active job sites.
• Oversee quality control, workplace safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to management on project status, risks, and completion targets.
• Support multiple projects running across Bunbury, Geraldton, Esperance, Broome, and other WA locations as needed.

Skills and experience required

• Relevant qualification in construction management, building, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong ability to manage regional construction projects from start to finish.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with builders, subcontractors, trades, and clients in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
