Task & responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences, functions and events from concept through to completion

• Liaise with clients to define event objectives, budgets and operational requirements

• Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering and event logistics

• Work closely with the European food distribution division to incorporate product showcases, tastings and promotional events

• Prepare detailed run sheets, timelines and operational plans

• Oversee on-site event execution ensuring consistency and quality

• Manage event budgets and cost controls

• Support promotional activities and brand activations tied to distributed food products

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as a Conference and Event Organiser or similar role

• Relevant qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
