Full-Time Concreter / Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Concreter / Supervisor to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled concreter who can lead by example, supervise the team, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a very high standard.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in the concreting industry and demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members on residential, commercial, and civil projects.

• Perform all aspects of concreting, including preparation, formwork, placement, finishing, and curing.

• Ensure projects are completed in line with the schedule.

• Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.

• Liaise with team members, suppliers, and management as required.

• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently and effectively.

• Lead and mentor team members to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Desirable Criteria

• Current Class C Driver's Licence.

• Certificate III in Concreting.

• Certificate III in Concreting is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Minimum 6 years' experience in the concreting industry.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Highly Desirable Criteria

• HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver's Licence.

• Certificate III in Carpentry.

• Experience operating excavators and skid steer loaders.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
