Task & responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, interpret, and evaluate complex system designs, architecture specifications, data models, and diagrams to support the integration of computer systems
• Design, develop, and implement computer networks tailored to customer requirements and business objectives
• Configure and install network devices — including firewalls, routers, switches, and modems — in line with approved network designs
• Maintain network security by applying firmware updates and patches across firewalls, routers, switches, modems, and servers
• Research, analyze, evaluate, and monitor network infrastructure to ensure it is configured for optimal performance and reliability
• Provide specialist technical support, troubleshooting, and rapid fault resolution for network issues and emergencies
• Deliver network programming and scripting support aligned with business and operational requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical procedures, network documentation, asset and inventory records, and fault-resolution reports
• Monitor network traffic, capacity, activity, and performance to safeguard network integrity and maintain operational efficiency
• Apply strong analytical and design skills to develop tailored network solutions for customers
• Provide end-to-end network support to customers and liaise with multiple vendors (Juniper, Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet) to deliver consistently high-quality service

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years or more experience in computer network and systems engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Sound knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls from leading OEMs, including Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto: relevant technical certifications, training, or industry recognition is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in solution architecture, including the design of end-to-end network solutions tailored to customer requirement is preferred.
