We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to design and implement a comprehensive Obligations Register for our client. 

This is a high-impact role at the beginning stages of a significant framework build, with limited existing infrastructure. You will lead the identification, documentation, and ongoing management of compliance obligations across the business, while designing supporting processes and frameworks.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience executing and maintaining an Obligations Register from the ground up in a large, complex organisation
• Strong background in compliance management frameworks and regulatory obligations
• Demonstrated ability to map internal processes and provide practical compliance support
• Broad risk management experience is highly regarded
• Background in regulated environments with significant change programs is advantageous

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building capability where none exists and enjoys translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable solutions.
