Home Care Assistance Sydney City and East is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to support client engagement, service coordination and community outreach activities. The role combines elements of marketing, customer service, compliance support and stakeholder engagement to ensure clients, families and community partners receive accurate information and a positive service experience. This position plays a key role in promoting our personalised care model and supporting clients throughout their service journey.

This full‑time position is based in Eastgardens, Sydney, and offers a salary of $79,000–$89,000 + super for the right candidate.

Task & responsibilities

  • Coordinate community engagement activities, outreach events and stakeholder interactions.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information about care services.
  • Support new client onboarding and assist with service coordination processes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage workflows using CRM systems.
  • Conduct follow‑ups to ensure timely communication and ongoing client support.
  • Assist with compliance processes, incident reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives to increase service visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families and community partners.
  • Support quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & experience

  • Minimum 12 months of exposure to the aged‑care environment.
  • Minimum 12 months of work experience in marketing and customer service roles.
  • Experience in compliance, quality assurance, or incident management (highly regarded).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems such as HubSpot and Lookout.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Tertiary studies in business, leadership, community services, aged care, or marketing are highly regarded.
