We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Community Education Counsellor to join our school community.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with students, families, staff, and external agencies to support student engagement, wellbeing, attendance, and educational outcomes.

The Community Education Counsellor plays a vital role in building positive relationships between home and school, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, and fostering strong connections within our diverse school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support student wellbeing, engagement, and attendance initiatives.
• Liaise with families, community organisations, and support services.
• Assist students and families to access appropriate educational and community resources.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to identify and support students at risk.
• Promote culturally responsive practices and strengthen community partnerships.
