The Role

A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Trust Accountant to join their team in an off-site capacity.

This position will see you supporting a busy and successful Commercial Property Management division, overseeing trust accounting functions across a sizeable commercial portfolio. While the portfolio is substantial, the business has heavily invested in technology, systems, and support staff to ensure processes are streamlined and workloads remain manageable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily commercial trust accounting functions
• Processing reconciliations, receipting, and trust transactions
• Assisting with end-of-month reporting and compliance procedures
• Working closely with the Commercial Property Manager and support team
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance
• Supporting a well-structured and organised commercial division

The Criteria

• Previous Commercial Trust Accounting experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
• Professional communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Reliable, adaptable, and solutions-focused
