The Role
This is a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager role partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to drive profitability, business performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll step into a fast-paced environment where you can add value quickly and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing tenders, proposals and ROI
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Product teams
• Month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Trade spend and margin analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Preparing board and stakeholder reports
• Providing commercial insights and recommendations
• Supporting integrated business planning
• Mentoring and overseeing a Commercial Analyst  

About You 

• Experience in commercial finance or business partnering
• FMCG experience highly regarded
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
