An exciting opportunity has become available for a Commercial Asset Manager to join our high performing Retail and Commercial team. With innovative property marketing, attention to detail and extensive market knowledge, the team offers a professional service with exceptional results.

The Position:

- Run the day to day management of the assigned commercial portfolio

- Work with Trust Account Manager to understand accounting side of PM

- Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants

- Reviewing lease renewals and rental increases

- Deal with tenant queries, complaints and resolve matters

Skills & Experience you will need:

- Commercial PM experience (open on length of experience but ideally 3 years plus)

- Strong communication (verbal & written), professional presentation and a positive attitude

- Driven, hungry and proactive

- Valid Certificate of Registration

- Valid Driver’s Licence
