**Organisation description:**

Selah Innovation Group is a Wyndham-based social innovation organisation focused on strengthening respect, belonging and wellbeing across workplaces, education and community settings.

We develop the RBW Behavioural Framework, a practical, human-centred system that helps people understand behaviour, build positive relationships and create safer, more supportive environments. Our work combines behavioural insights, community learning and early-intervention approaches to empower individuals and groups to connect, reflect and grow.

We collaborate with local councils, community centres, learning networks and innovation partners to deliver workshops, learning experiences and capacity-building initiatives that support healthier, more inclusive communities.

**Position description:**
Selah Innovation Group is seeking Workshop Co-Facilitator Volunteers to support an interactive community learning session as part of the Wyndham Learning Festival.

*Volunteers may support with one or more of the following activities:*
* Supporting small-group activities and discussions
* Assisting participants with materials and activities
* Helping create a welcoming and engaging environment
* Demonstrating simple activities where needed
* Assisting with set-up and pack-up
This role helps create a positive, welcoming and engaging environment for adults and young people attending the event.

**Skills and qualities required:**
* Friendly and warm communication
* Confidence engaging with small groups
* Ability to follow a simple facilitation structure
* Reliable and punctual
* Interest in community learning, wellbeing or social connection
No previous facilitation experience or formal qualifications required. Training, volunteer briefing and guidance will be provided.

Wyndham Park Community Centre, Community Room 1.

**Time and commitment requirement:**
* One-off opportunity
* Wednesday, 2 September 2026
* 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
* Includes a short volunteer briefing, event support and pack-up
