About the Role
As Club Manager, you’ll be leading the day-to-day club operations while creating a high-energy, member-focused environment. You’ll drive club performance through leadership, sales, retention and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a successful pre-sale campaign to grow membership base before and after club opening.
Oversee full day to day club operations with high standards for member experience
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team in your club
Build meaningful connections in the local Cardiff community through outreach, lead generations and local events
Develop and execute local social media and marketing strategies to attract new members
Create a positive, energetic and accountable team culture
Ensure a safe, compliant and welcoming club environment
What you’ll bring
Proven leadership or management experience — Fitness, retail, or hospitality background welcome
A confident, outgoing communicator who naturally builds rapport with members and team alike
Sales-driven and proactive, with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability
Genuine passion for health and fitness and helping people reach their goals
Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident with social media, content creation and appearing on camera
Experience in fitness is welcomed — but leadership, attitude and culture fit matter most
Requirements
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Full-time availability - 38 hours per week
