We are a local Accounting firm established for over 50 years offering a full range of business and professional services.
Working together with our clients, our focus is on providing the Right Advice, Structure and Support to ensure the Client achieves maximum potential for Business growth, Wealth generation & Asset protection with an emphasis in Income Tax Minimisation strategies
The Role
Supported by a Manager the Client Services Administration role will be responsible for assisting with answering the telephone, making client appointments, assisting with mail/stock, staff amenities and preparation of Client files for appointments.
In addition to the aforementioned, the Applicant will be required to draft Client email correspondence, scan/save Client documents, filing and general assistance to Professional Accounting staff.
The Applicant will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday).
Ideal candidate
Open to all Applicants - perhaps you are Retired and looking to re-enter the workforce, home commitments preventing you from taking a full time role, or this could be your first foray into the workforce.
The Applicant should possess sound skills in time management, be proactive and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities based on IT Skills .
A strong work ethic is a must together with great attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions to achieve desired outcomes.
Combined with excellent communication skills, a drive to succeed and willingness to learn you will work well as part of our Team.
