We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Client Engagement Officer to join our team supporting clients across Aged Care and NDIS services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in guiding clients through their care journey, coordinating personalised supports, and building strong relationships with families and providers. As the first point of contact for new enquiries, you will bring strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
