In this role, you'll:

Be working as part of the Injury & Claims Management team, where you will deliver best practice workers compensation claims management.

This role will see you managing injury claims end to end, assessing liability, coordinating medical services, guiding injured workers, and supporting timely recovery and return to work outcomes.

You will navigate and deliver effective, compliant claims solutions that reduce claim costs and minimise case duration in a regulated NSW workers compensation environment aligned with SIRA requirements.

The team hub for this role will be located in Burwood and there will be the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to commit to our 50% workplace presence requirements.

About you

You are a highly capable workers’ compensation and injury management professional with 1- 2 years experience in large, complex organisations and self-insured claims organisations.

You will excel managing claims, navigating medico-legal requirements, and coordinating effective return-to-work outcomes through strong stakeholder collaboration.

You bring structured claims management, sound judgement, and data-informed decision-making to deliver timely, compliant, and positive outcomes for workers and employers alike.

You’re recognised as a trusted claims professional and strong communicator, skilled at engaging employers, treating doctors, legal representatives, and rehabilitation providers, and experienced in end-to-end workers’ compensation claims management, injury management, medico-legal interpretation, and advanced reporting using Excel to analyse and interpret claims data.
