YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:

• Assist in concrete pouring, mixing, and finishing
• General civil labouring, including site setup, formwork preparation, and cleanup
• Help with concrete delivery and distribution on site
• Site cleanup, including removing debris and excess materials
• Assist trades and operators as required, including supporting excavators and other machinery on-site
• Perform site safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
• Work alongside concrete crews, learning the best industry practices

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Some experience as a concrete labourer, with a understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and related tasks
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• White Card 
• Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (some sites are in remote areas)
• Strong adherence to safety standards and procedures
