The Opportunity
We are seeking passionate and qualified Childcare Worker to join our dedicated early childhood education team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting children's learning and development while upholding the values of respect, integrity, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing, high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
- Contribute to documentation, observations, and child development records
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
A passion for inclusive, play-based learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
