Chef/Cook

Prepare and cook a variety of Middle Eastern dishes such as kebabs, mezze, grilled meats, rice dishes, dips, and traditional baked goods

Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, following restaurant recipes and procedures

Assist in planning menus, daily specials, and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation

Monitor food preparation and portion control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety and hygiene regulations

Task & responsibilities

Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times

Assist with inventory control, food storage, and daily prep

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

Contribute to new dish development and menu planning

Qualification & experience

1-3 Years proven experience as a cook or chef in a busy restaurant setting

Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
