Task & responsibilities

Dealing with customers

Managing the service adhering to consistently high standards and quality

Working within a team environment

Stock control and ensuring food safety and cleanliness

Freeze and preserve food

Preparing and cooking Italian dishes

Provide training to new Kitchen staff

Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff

Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of personal presentation

1 year or more experience
