The role:
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running your own section, preparing and plating dishes to a high standard, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently and to spec
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section
Assist with menu development and specials
Support and train junior kitchen staff
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
Previous experience as a Cook
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Passion for quality food and attention to detail
