Olio’s Fine Food is a premium catering and restaurant business delivering high-quality dining experiences across corporate events, private functions, weddings, and hotel restaurant operations.
We are seeking two qualified and motivated Chef de Partie to support our expanding restaurant and event production kitchen based at Residence on Langley Park in Perth.
• Prepare and cook menu items to established recipes and presentation standards
• Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section during service
• Support production for restaurant, banquet, and external catering events
• Assist with menu development and seasonal menu updates
• Monitor stock levels, support ordering, and minimise wastage to control food costs
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance in accordance with regulations
• Supervise and assist junior kitchen staff and apprentices where required
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with senior chefs to deliver efficient service across high-volume operations
• Participate in off-site catering events and assist with event kitchen coordination
• Contribute creative ideas to menu development and product innovation
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen
• Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and service standards
• Experience in restaurant and/or event catering environments highly regarded
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
