Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and present meals to menu specifications.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
