Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique, high-quality hospitality services, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our expanding operation.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking:

  • Commi chef (x3)

  • Chef de Partie (x1)

  • Pastry Chef (x1)

You will support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations across daily preparation, pack-outs, and event service. This role requires confidence in running event service, leading teams through high-volume periods, and maintaining quality, consistency, and speed at scale.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strong CDP or Junior Sous Chef ready to step up in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will gain exposure to large-scale operations, complex service planning, and multi-venue collaboration, working across a variety of cuisines and event formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen teams across prep, pack-outs, and event service

  • Execute a variety of events across multiple locations within the zoo

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency during high-volume service

  • Support team leadership, training, and performance

About You

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Confident working independently with strong ownership and initiative

  • Experience in ordering, supplier management, and stock control
