We are looking for a skilled Chef, Cook at RND Bondi to prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen operations, manage and train staff

Task & responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Design and implement menus to cater for all nutritional requirements
• Chefs will have supervisory and training duties over junior staff
• Chefs will be responsible for managing profitability of kitchen

Qualification & experience

• Cook (Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV)
• Chef (Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma)
• 1 year experience in your role in a similar sized kitchen
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Strong knowledge of Australian cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
