Full-Time opportunity in a busy business in Bicton. Awarding salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000.
Task & Responsibilities
- Experience and expertise in the kitchen as a CHEF / COOK.
- Attention to detail for perfect recipes.
- Efficiently managing time during busy hours.
- Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with other chefs, cooks and kitchen staffs.
- Effectively conveying orders and instructions among kitchen staffs.
- Understanding and meeting customer preferences and budgeting.
- Designing and planning diverse and appealing menus.
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hazard prevention.
- Working hour: minimum of 38 hours/week. Also must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Qualification & Experience
Applicant should be well qualified and good communication skills are required.
