• Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with workplace health and safety policies.
• Develop menu and contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Perform other tasks as directed to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• Current food handling and safety certifications.
