Position-  Chef -Full time /Permanent

Salary- 75K TO 80 K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation.
  • Plan and design creative menus, including special seasonal offerings, using fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients.
  • demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures preparing and cooking food
  • Manage food preparation and service to ensure dishes are served in a timely manner, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and motivated team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback to develop and enhance team members' skills.
  • Oversee food inventory, control stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing costs.
  • Ensure proper portion control and food plating standards are always maintained.
  • Develop and enforce food safety and hygiene policies, ensuring compliance with all local health regulations.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment for maintenance and repairs, ensuring all tools are functional and safe.
  • Collaborate closely with management to develop and introduce innovative menu items and drive sales through culinary excellence.

Qualification & experience

Minimum diploma in a relevant culinary field (preferred).

At least 1 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ideally in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to create innovative dishes and manage kitchen operations effectively.
