Task & responsibilities

• Prepare and upgrade menu
• Ensure Kitchen team is preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
• Ensure food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimise waste
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures

Qualification & experience

• Proven at least 2 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification in culinary arts or a related field is a plus
