As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Task & responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and plate dishes according to menu specifications
- Design and plan menus considering dietary requirements, ensuring a balance between traditional flavors and modern dietary trends;
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Qualification & experience
- Diploma of Hospitality Management together with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery are required
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering environment, ideally more than 12 months
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
