Task & responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily menus, specials, and catering orders
- Lead kitchen preparation and oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflow and excellent service
- Manage ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control to ensure quality and efficiency
- Deliver creative, high-quality dishes for dine-in, takeaway and daily specials
- Support the preparation and execution of catering orders when required
- Plan and create seasonal dishes and daily specials that excite customers
- Keep the kitchen organised, hygienic, and compliant with food safety standards
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Qualification & experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar setting
- Minimum Cerfificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Strong culinary and cooking skills
- Leadership and team management
