It involves preparing and presenting high-quality seasonal dishes, managing stock and kitchen operations, contributing to menu development, and supervising kitchen staff. Task & responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with our seasonal menus and café standards
• Ensure food is presented and served to the highest quality
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory management
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide training as needed

Qualification & experience

• Must have full-time work rights in Australia
• Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
