We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations and contribute to the development of innovative dishes. Task & responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and cook menu items to a high standard.
- Develop new dishes and contribute to seasonal menu planning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen stock, ordering, and cost control.
- Supervise and train junior staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualification & experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Chef.
- Relevant qualifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering quality food and great customer experiences.
