Organise and control the operations of the restaurant to ensure a fine dining experience for our patrons.Duties in brief include.

planning,menus,estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies,Be responsible for quality control and tasting the dishes; making sure they are at the right standardand are presented correctly before the go out to the customer.
