We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our beautiful 36-place childcare centre in Earlwood. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is committed to providing exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators while building a long-term career with our service.
As our Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and supportive culture for children, families, and staff.
You will lead a small, close-knit team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care, education, and family engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Centre Manager, Assistant Director, Nominated Supervisor, or similar leadership role
Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safe Standards
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A genuine passion for early childhood education
A commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture
A desire to build a long-term future with our service
Undertake the role of Nominated Supervisor
Lead, mentor, and support a small team of educators
Manage daily centre operations
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Support staff development and performance
Maintain high occupancy and family satisfaction levels
