Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor – Boutique Early Learning Service

We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our beautiful 36-place childcare centre in Earlwood. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is committed to providing exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators while building a long-term career with our service.

About the Role

As our Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and supportive culture for children, families, and staff.

You will lead a small, close-knit team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care, education, and family engagement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Centre Manager, Assistant Director, Nominated Supervisor, or similar leadership role

• Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safe Standards

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• A genuine passion for early childhood education

• A commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture

• A desire to build a long-term future with our service

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake the role of Nominated Supervisor

• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of educators

• Manage daily centre operations

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community

• Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes

• Support staff development and performance

• Maintain high occupancy and family satisfaction levels
