We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Solar Installer to join our team and help local households transition to clean, sustainable energy.
The Role
As a vital part of our install crew, you will be responsible for the physical installation of solar inverters and batteries and if needed panels across all roof types. You will work alongside experienced solar electricians to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards with the view for you to become our next Crew Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Installing solar mounting systems, panels, and MC4 connections on various roof types (tile and metal).
Assisting solar electricians with cabling, testing, and commissioning of solar and battery systems.
Handling, loading, and preparing materials on-site while taking special care to prevent damage.
Ensuring all work strictly adheres to WHS (Work Health and Safety) regulations.
Maintaining a clean, organised job site, warehouse, and company vehicle.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in the solar, roofing, or electrical trades.
Licensing: Current Australian Driver's License and a valid NSW White Card.
Safety: Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 15kg regularly and perform physical labor.
Bonus/Asset: Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation or an A-Grade / Restricted Electrical License is highly regarded.
