What you'll be doing

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience

• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

• Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines

• Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly

• Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we're looking for

• Current Valid RSA/RCG/Advanced RCG/TAB Compliance certificates 

• Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.

• Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week

• Experienced in tab and keno operations 

• Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines 

• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs

• TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)

• Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
