KCH Community Childcare is seeking a Casual Diploma-qualified Educator to join our small, not-for-profit, community-based service in Kyneton.

We pride ourselves on strong relationships, low staff turnover, and a supportive team culture. Our service maintains a close-knit community feel while providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Are you a passionate and dedicated Educator seeking flexible work opportunities? We are seeking enthusiastic Casual Childcare Educators to join our vibrant and supportive team at Kyneton Community House.

This casual position offers approximately 6–18 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a part-time role following a successful 3-month probation period.

In this role, you will:

* Support the delivery of engaging and inclusive learning experiences

* Assist children in achieving their developmental and daily goals

* Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

* Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment

* Contribute to a collaborative and professional team culture

Role Requirements:

* Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

* Current Police Check dated within the last 3 months

* Completion of Mandatory Child Protection Training

* Completion of Mandatory Child Safety Training

* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently working towards qualification

Candidates must have at least commenced their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
