Task & responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and work orders 
• Measure, cut, and install timber, plywood, and other construction materials 
• Construct wall frames, floor systems, roof structures, and formwork 
• Install doors, windows, stairs, cabinetry, and other fittings 
• Erect and dismantle formwork for concrete construction 
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently 
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and workplace safety 
• Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors

Qualification & experience

What You’ll Need: 

• Certificate III in Carpentry or minimum 3+ years of solid hands-on experience 
• At least 1 years’ experience on commercial, residential, or civil construction projects 
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings 
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential 
• Current Australian driver’s licence (highly regarded) 
• Reliable, safety-minded, and a positive team player 
• Right to work in Australia Proficient in English
